Taking place on the lands of the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation, RANZCR 2024 in Perth was always set to be outstanding. After months of planning, #TeamAGFA was primed to meet the radiology community and discover a “life in flow” together at this fantastic show.

On another beautiful day in Boorloo, RANZCR has continued the momentum with more clinically intuitive content. This morning, delegates engaged in a powerful session “Leadership Breaking Barriers”, which contained thought-evoking materials such as “Optimistic Leadership” and “An immigrant’s journey”.  This lead to a varied afternoon session in “Professional Issues – Education and Research” – one which particularly resonated with the AGFA HealthCare team. This huge presentation covered the “National Imaging Database” and “Change Management Strategies” – truly forward-thinking content which was set to leverage the commitment to maximizing clinical efficiencies and collaboration across Australia.

Naturally, AGFA HealthCare was ready to demonstrate such collaboration at the technical exhibition, with the very latest Enterprise Imaging (EI) innovations. Visitors to the booth were met with a fantastic demonstration experience, particularly in how EI facilitates location-agnostic image management, frictionless near real-time access to images, hassle-free collaboration, and increased confidence to clinical imaging practices. Hot on the agenda was our Streaming Client, which addresses the explosion in medical imaging data, and offers care providers a web-based streaming technology that makes images available ‘blazing fast’, regardless of location or time. As a pioneer of globally accredited EI, this magnitude of imaging technologies is not just shaping the future of radiology, but also empowering radiologists to deliver efficient patient care by accessing data in context, collaborating more effectively, and embracing the opportunities of networked imaging ecosystems while maintaining their well-being.
