AI in Flow: From Algorithm Output to Clinical Action – Findings from a Multicenter Research
AI value is not created by algorithm performance alone. It depends on whether the result reaches the right radiologist, at the right time, within the right clinical context—and whether it can be acted upon without disrupting workflow.
This session will examine how AGFA HealthCare’s Enterprise Imaging and RUBEE® AI framework integrates AI across worklist prioritization, interpretation, reporting, communication, and follow-up. Practical examples will illustrate the journey from algorithm output to clinical action, including orchestration, radiologist interaction, adoption, monitoring, and governance.

Drawing on practical experiences from radiologists using AGFA HealthCare Enterprise Imaging, the panel will explore how flexible worklists, workflow orchestration, subspecialty reading, longitudinal comparison, embedded advanced visualization, reporting, collaboration, tumor boards, peer learning and workflow-integrated AI can support more connected clinical practice.
The discussion will connect practical workflow changes with clinical and operational outcomes—and examine the governance, configuration and adoption required to realize that value.
